Kasuri methi Aloo

INGREDIENTS :

Boiled baby potatoes - 20 or Boiled big potatoes - 2
Onion - 1 small ( finely chopped )
Green chilies - 2 (finely chopped )
Kasuri methi - 3 tablespoons
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp ( as per your taste )
Oil - 3 tablespoons
Salt to taste




For Seasoning :
Split urad dal - 1/4 tsp
Red chilly - 1
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp

PROCEDURE :

1. Heat oil in a pan, season the fry under " For Seasoning".
2. Add finely chopped onions and green chilies and saute for 2 mins.
3. Then add the chopped potatoes and saute for few mins, then to this add the kasuri methi.
4. Stir fry for 5 mins.
5. Kasuri methi aloo is ready to be served with sambhar sadam or chapathi or curd rice.
